This allows us to keep tight control on quality and it allows us to build products more rapidly as we do not outsource the engineering, tooling, or manufacturing.
Position Summary
The Sales Support Coordinator for Airius will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with sales team and customers to gather all necessary information for processing orders
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness by phone, email, etc..
- Coordinating with manufacturing to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time
- Providing customer support and resolving any issues that arise such as answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, etc…
- Maintaining sales databases and records
- Preparing and tracking order/shipping reports
- Assisting with lead generation and marketing
- Assist in office duties, attend to incoming phone calls and walk-in customers/vendors
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales administration or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written, verbal and customer service skills
- Pays attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy

Working Conditions
Environment:
- Full time, office environment. Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

Physical Requirements
- Routine sitting, walking, lifting, bending, and kneeling
- Ability to lift 50lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor
